Shipping Times

We print and fulfill all our products on demand once you place an order. Orders will be shipped within 5 business days, We expect another 3-4 business days for you order to arrive. Times may vary.

Track your order:

You will be notified once your order has been shipped and you will be able to track your order with a tracking link.

Returns:

We want you to be happy and proud of the items we've created, if for any reason you’re unhappy with your item, ship it back it back us, within 14 days of receiving your goods.

This is under the following conditions:

Please inform us by email [email protected], that you’ll be returning unwanted items.
Orders must be returned unworn, unwashed and in a resalable condition. Items that are returned that are used and/or not in resalable condition will not be refunded.
Please allow 3-5 working days for your refund to process once we receive your return.

Carriage charges for returning unwanted items are at your own expense, Outer Haven Custom cannot be held responsible lost items during transit. We recommend to use a traceable service. If you do not use a traceable service, there is a possibility that the courier may lose or miss deliver your item.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund/ exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.

No refunds for items damaged in shipping, In that case, you must file a complaint with the carrier.

We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.

Original shipping and handling charges are none-refundable.

All Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
